You have to ride up parallel to chair lift, going always straight on.
A good training is necessary and, in case at half way you decide that the effort is too much, you can take an alternative path.

you go through a pathway till you reach the Chalet, eight curves that go long the chairlift. It is a path suitable for everyone, with no particular difficulties.

An amusing walk that passes through the suggestive pinewood , and comes out nearby the sciovia Fontanone.

You go through the pinewood and arrive to a little village of chalets covered by snow.

When you are at our Chalet, you can go on a brief path to reach viewpoint “Fontanone”. The view is wonderful and the Monviso mountain appears even more stately.

Unmarked path. Testa di garitta Nuova is a peak situated at the boundary between Po Valley and Varaita Valley.
In the past, it used to mark the boundary between France and Sabaudian State, for this reason you can notice several dry walls, probably military posts dating beginning of 1700.
From the peak you can enjoy a superb view on the plain and on Monviso mountain.
